Service Packing List Form

ITL has a full component-level service department, able to repair any TELECRANE unit ever made.  Service Items are examined and repaired in the order they are received, unless Rush Service is desired for an extra charge (see below).  All non-warranty repairs are performed on a labor plus parts basis.

ITL's Service Department does not use Return Authorization Numbers or require advance notification before sending material for service.  When sending your unit for service, the following Service Packing List generator will produce a printable form containing all the information our Service Department needs to handle your repair efficiently.  You may also put all of the information requested on your own packing list if so desired.

You may provide a Purchase Order number or other job number in this box. If the "Please contact me for final authorization" box is NOT checked and the cost of the repair is less than half the cost to replace the product, we will proceed with the repair using the Purchase Order number provided, and ship the repaired unit back to the Ship To address using the Shipping Method selected above. In all other cases, we will send a Service Report with repair pricing to the Bill To party by fax, to obtain approval and/or a Purchase Order.

Rush Repair

Repairs are normally handled in the order in which they are received. ITL offers a RUSH SERVICE for expedited handling of repairs, at a labor rate of twice the normal service rate. Rush repairs are quoted not later than the business day after the receipt of the unit to be repaired or the request to rush the repair, whichever is later.
